By accessing or using this Website, or purchasing any advertising package via it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of the Website

You may use this Website for lawful, informational, and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any unlawful or harmful manner;
• Interfere with Website operations or security;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers, or data;
• Copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Website without written permission;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data without authorization.

2. Subscription Packages, Pricing, Billing & Automatic Renewals

2.1 Available Advertising Packages

Vending Media Inc. offers annual advertising packages (per location):

• Standard Package: US $1,000 per year
• Exclusive Package: US $1,500 per year

Minimum advertising term is 12 months.

Optional Add‑Ons:

• One‑time artwork design: US $99
• Unlimited artwork changes (up to 10 per year): US $199/year

2.2 Automatic Annual Billing

By purchasing any package, you authorize us to:

• Securely store your payment method,
• Automatically charge your card annually,
• Renew your selected package every 12 months until cancellation.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

To cancel before the next renewal, you MUST send an email request to advertising@vendingmedia.us.
Your cancellation request must be received at least 30 days before the next billing date.

After confirmation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid term.
• You will not be billed for the next renewal.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused months.

2.4 Upgrades & Changes

You may upgrade from Standard to Exclusive at any time.

2.5 Payment Failure

If payments fail, we may retry, request updated payment info, or suspend services.

2.6 Currency & Taxes

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Taxes or additional fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

3. No Data Collection or User Accounts

We do not collect personal data or operate user accounts on this Website.

4. Intellectual Property

All Website content is owned by or licensed to Vending Media Inc.

5. External Links

We are not responsible for third‑party websites linked from our site.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided “as is” without any warranties. We do not guarantee performance or results.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed US $100.
